CTCeek is an interactive Shiny application for circulating tumor cell identification and single-cell reference mapping.

It supports upload of query single-cell RNA-seq data, projection onto a curated CTC reference, cell-type prediction, UMAP visualization, and export of results.

About CTCeek

CTCeek is designed to help explore circulating tumor cells from single-cell RNA-seq data using a reference-based workflow built around Seurat mapping. The application provides an interactive interface for upload, preprocessing, reference projection, prediction review, visualization, and download of analysis outputs.

CTCeek is intended as a research tool for exploratory single-cell and liquid biopsy analysis. Results should be interpreted together with experimental design, sample quality, marker expression, and downstream validation.
