Precision single-cell profiling of Circulating Tumour Cells

Abstract

This bioRxiv preprint presents precision single-cell profiling of circulating tumour cells. It studies thousands of RNA single-cell transcriptomes reported as CTCs and uses copy-number variation and cell-type-specific markers to distinguish bona fide CTCs from contaminating blood cells.
