During his PhD, Pietro developed the computational workflows for CTC identification using the single-cell reference mapping, creating the accessible web tool CTCeek. During his last year of PhD Pietro has joined the University of Cambridge for a visiting into the Prof. Khaled lab, where he is working on tumour initiation in different hereditary breast cancer mouse models.
